赛夫指选民对于制造补选一事，感到不满。
（波德申3日讯）波德申补选独立候选人赛夫在昨日晚上发起每人1令吉筹募竞选经费运动，在5小时内筹获555令吉。
根据《星报》报导，赛夫到峇眼槟榔巴刹拉票时，感谢那些捐款给她的人。
这个早上，我亲自接领一名80岁老先生的1令吉捐款，他是这里的前村长，他给了我很大的祝福。
这真是一个美好开始的一天。
这些捐献是在为我的竞选【加油】，希望获得更多的祝福。
他说，截至周二晚上11时，其银行户头入账555令吉。
另外，赛夫也指他在拜票期间，发现大部分他所遇见的选民，对全国大选落幕才5个月就有补选一事感到不满。
他们很失望，还告诉我，他们不会出来投票。
不过我有请求他们回心转意，因为投票是他们应该履行的责任。
他说，到目前为止，他的拜票反应与选情正面。
赛夫在2008年指控遭到公正党候任主席拿督斯里安华的鸡案，结果安华被判入狱5年。
安华在希盟执政后，获得国家元首的全面赦免，因此可以通过制造补选重返国会。
赛夫早前承认，他竞选波德申补选，是为了阻止安华成为国会议员。
Saiful raises RM555 in 5 hours for his PD campaign
PORT DICKSON: Independent candidate Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan thinks his RM1 fundraising campaign has started well after receiving RM555 within five hours of launching it.
Saiful said he was thankful that Malaysians were rallying to help him.
"This morning, I personally received RM1 from a 80-year-old pakcik, who is a former village head here, before my walkabout at the Bagan Pinang pasar tani (agricultural market).
"These contributions are like fuel for my campaign," he said, adding that it was his hope that more well-wishers would do their bit to help him sustain the momentum.
Saiful said the octogenarian, who personally gave him the RM1, also had words of encouragement for him.
"That was really positive and a good start to the day," he said, adding that RM555 was amount banked in as of 11pm on Tuesday (Oct 2).
Saiful, who personally launched the fund five hours earlier in evening, said most people he met were upset at the by-election being held within five months of the general election.

"However, I have been appealing to them, telling that they should exercise their constitutional right and vote," he said.
Saiful, who was accompanied by his 29 year old sister on his rounds, said the feedback from constituents had been positive.
"I get the positive vibes when I meet them. That motivates me to work even harder to achieve my goal of winning this election," he added.
