沈玉琳（1967年12月24日－），台灣電視節目製作人、藝人、主持人，出生於臺灣省嘉義縣水上鄉龍德村，畢業於世界新聞專科學校三專部廣播電視科[2]。沈玉琳曾製作眾多知名綜藝節目，當中以《臺灣紅不讓》最為著名，是他身為製作人最知名的代表作[3]。2008年起，沈玉琳逐漸走向幕前，轉型為藝人。沈玉琳有「荒謬大師」、「整人大王」、「通告王」、「鎖台王」之稱號
